Mobile Pressing
With our 150 ton mobile press, which we pull with our large service truck, we are able to do most tire pressings and installations right at your site. This operation will save you time and money by keeping your fleet up and running.
On-Site Installation
With over 25 years of service, our tire technicians will arrive at your site and efficiently install our high quality industrial tires making sure you are as productive as you can be. If your tires are too large for our mobile press, we have a larger 210 ton press in our facility to do this work – again being as efficient and cost effective as possible to save you time and money.
Tubes & Repairs
Are flat tires keeping your forklifts or other equipment in the shop? Let us help! We can do the repair on-site or in our shop. We stock a variety of tube sizes; please call to confirm.
Urethane Foam Filling
We offer Urethane Foam Filling for all your pneumatic tires. This process is a solution for your flat tires, from small dolly tires to big OTR tires sizes, and requires 24 hours for curing.
Pick Up & Delivery
If you have the capabilities to remove your forklift wheel/tires, we can pick them up at your facility for repair or replacement. By letting your maintenance department do some of the work, you can save time and money.
Fleet Analysis
For any size fleet Butler Industrial Tire will come out to your facility and perform a comprehensive survey of all your forklifts to determine the best tires for your environment and application. We then keep track of your forklifts and can make recommendations for new tires before any problems might occur. This way your fleet is always up and running on high quality tires from Butler Industrial Tire.

Service Area
Butler Industrial Tire company maintains our industrial tire service area within an approximate 100 mile radius of Minneapolis / St. Paul which would include MN cities such as Mankato, Albert Lea, Rochester, Winona, Sandstone, St. Cloud, Willmar, and Little Falls – and Wisconsin cities such as Arcadia, Eau Claire, Menomonie, Rice Lake, and Spooner. We also include Duluth and several other Minnesota cities outside our normal service area.
We also will ship tires to our customers for local installation throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. For certain applications we will ship tires/wheels to any point within the US.
Our Tire Technicians have a combined total of 25+ years of experience working with a variety of lift trucks and situations.
